No error message showing

Hi,

I have a weird issue…

I have installed the plugin and it all seemed to work fine. I tested in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE8 and IE9.
However, other people in a different location using one of the exact same browsers couldnt get it to work.
When they tried to register they dont get the error message and when they try to login they just get the animated loading gif (it never actually logs them in).

So it seems for these people the ajax part is not working i.e. the error comes from the ajax call and the login comes from the ajax call.

I have people using IE8, Safari and IE7 say that this is happening.

One thing I will mention is that I have the WP installation in its own directory, I have updated the htaccess etc and the site works as it should but I wondered if anyone thought that maybe this was causing it. Perhaps the plugin is looking in the wrong place for the wp-login.php file?

Has anyone else had a similar problem or have any ideas whatsoever as I am stumped.
