All messed up

Dummy account still shows and regular account will not show, even with dummy one is deleted. I can do everything on my end and nothing. I tell them and nothing happens. I did get the rewards showing, but do not know how or what the cause was. Lack of communication from support, and it is like I have to sit at my computer 24/7 waiting for them to actually do something.

Plugin is not even up to date.

Getting really tempted to uninstall the plugin. The support doesn’t respond for hours. It is the same person that responds too.
