    Recently I installed wordpress and I had some initial issues ( forbidden errors). Now, I have another problem — The themes don’t seem to want to render. Is this a directory permissions problem (if so please explain) or?

    Where are you downloading themes themes from?

    I am using the default twentythirteen theme.

    All of your urls are pointing to localhost. Did you move this site from a local server?

    no, it was the default clean installation with WAMP. Do I have to set it differently in the configs?

    Are you serving your wordpress blog,
    from your computer,
    to the outside world ?

    Or did you upload it to a web host after setting it up ?

    Anyway, something’s off. The hyperlinks seen by my browsers are in that fashion : http://localhost/?p=1
    My browser sees it, and tries to see if my own computer isn’t hosting your files and database. That’s not the case : the site doesn’t work.
