step by step process to integrate prestashop into wordpress

    Hello

    I am using wordpress website and would like to integrate prestashop into the website. So i found this prestashop integration plugin and installed this plugin in wordpress website. I have activated the plugin and entered the path of prestashop. I have wordpress website in root folder while prestashop in subfolder /shopping .So i have configured the plugin with this prestashop path and refreshed the wordpress website, so all the menus in wordpress website are redirecting to prestashop. I dont why. So please any one here help in integrating my presta store into wordpress.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi sindhusiri,

    Please you will have some fixes to apply to PrestaShop :

    1. apply the patch in the FAQ concerning the redirections ;
    2. apply the patch in the FAQ concerning the cookies (you will once it work face it as PrestaShop is not root, it is a bug in PrestaShop that must be fixed) ;
    3. Furthermore, there could be another redirection in Shop.php (first point above) that should be deactivated as here by adding &&!defined('PRESTASHOP_INTEGRATION_VERSION') :
      4. // If an URL was found but is not the main URL, redirect to main URL
			if ($id_shop && !$is_main_uri &&!defined('PRESTASHOP_INTEGRATION_VERSION'))

    i have prestashop in the root folder, wp in the sub., path is correct. no errors but i don’t see any of my products in wordpress.
