Mobile device doesn't display WP correctly

Hi,
My mobile phone (Iphone) doesn’t display my blog’s CSS and images. The images are coded in the HTML. I tried other default templates (I didn’t customize them) such as TwentyTwelve etc. and the same problem happens: the images and the stylesheet are not displayed. It is just text, unstyled links and broken images. I also tried to access my posts from the main page and while the main page loads, when I try to reach any other page (navigation menu or individual posts) I get “Safari Can’t Open Page” error. I put HTML folders on the same server and they display just fine, it is just the WP blog that has this problem. What could be the problem?

Note: My WP blog is in a subfolder and I’m using a local server (WAMP). Also I cleaned all my phone’s cache, history and cookies.
