Plugin for user generated content?

    Does anyone know of a plugin that creates a template for users to generate content?
    Ideally like this:
    The user clicks on a page and a form pops up.
    He/she fill out: Name, text, images and so on in different fields
    In a template page, the fields gets added and creates a post that is saved as a draft that i can approve.
    Does this exist? I’ve tried Easy Content Template, but that does not do it…
    It must exist out there… right?

    I thought that the plugins called “User submitted posts” or “Guest post” would do the trick, but it does not do what I would like it to do.
    I would like the user to enter a field and then the info from the field will generate a post, but I’ve been thought quite a few plugins and have not found one yet. Still looking. Any ideas?
