I am running W3 Total Cache version 0.9.2.11 and am loving all the functionality that it has. I have run into a problem or two that I can’t seem to get past. Our wordpress site is set up as follows:

The home page is at http://www.mysite.com but the wordpress files are all located in http://www.mysite.com/blog. There is an image folder in the root directory of our site that I would like to be uploaded to S3/Cloudfront along with all the other wordpress media uploads. I added “images/*” to the custom file list in hopes this would work… and this is what happened. It did upload all of the files located in the http://www.mysite.com/images directory, but it placed them in the blog directory on S3, therefore breaking the links. Is there a way to get this to work as we have it installed?
