I tried installing in multisite and it may have broken the site because when I clicked on another button after installing, it said “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I just tried it on a new multi site install and it worked straight away
perhaps you have something else that is interfering on your site?
Do you know if either of these could have been the problem?

iQ block country has been tested on a multi site setup. So unless you have blocked your own country 🙂 it should work.
perhaps it is js-kit comment system
I haven’t used that plugin but any other comment plugins could potentially interfere if they change anything on the comment form
try disabling that plugin and see if GASP works
