add title (for tooltip) or caption to thumbnails

Hello. This plugin seems to be exactly what I need, with one exception. I need to add either a title to the thumbnail image (navigation) or a caption. I’ve looked all through the options, but I can’t find any to add the already captured data to the thumbnail.
