Very Impressive

I have been researching WP backup solutions for the last eight hours and part of my decision making process when choosing software that I am going to rely upon is the support provided. I tend to stay away from software that has poor support. However, the support that this plugin author provides is nothing short of impressive – he is really on top of questions posted to the support forum. It really gives me peace of mind choosing and using this plugin.
