popup results cut off

i just added livesearch to my blog. it worked great in IE7.0. however in firefox, the left edge of the popup results is cut off by the edge of my sidebar. see http://www.vegcar.net.

to fix it i modified the css as follows:
.livesearchpopup #livesearchpopup_box {
top: 25px;
width: 140px; /i changed this value
}

my sidebar is 190px wide. is there another way to do this?
