How to Display full event content on List view

I’ve tried searching if someone already posted this but didn’t have much luck.

On http://nsdgloria.com/events/upcoming/ I would like to display the full content or description on the that page that includes the image.

See on the first listing it says:
*Click Here for PDF | Register on http://www.HookedLook.com/register* .

There should be an image of the flier above that and I want the links to be clickable from the list view.

How would I accomplish that?
I’ve looked through the code but not that strong in php.
