Hi! Thanks for the plugin. I have an issue with the basket though. When you click add item, it adds it, but then when you move to another page, it clears the basket.

Also, it doesn’t ever show what’s in the basket. When you click the link, it just says “0”. But, if you right click and open in a new window, it shows the basket with the item in it, so I’m not sure what’s going on. The “Basket” link fails in general.

I’ve tried it on my formatted, customized page (http://www.uopoledancesociety.com/shop/) and a dummy one (http://www.uopoledancesociety.com/test/sample-page/) to see if it has to do with any scripts or styling I have done, but that doesn’t seem to be the case because it does the same thing on both pages.

Any ideas on what the issue may be?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

it seems that the basket is not getting created correctly. Did fill out the whole configuration? Spreadshirt Api and Key and shop Id? Are you getting error Messages on Server side?

    Cheers

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

I’m pretty sure everything is filled in properly in the configuration. When I found the error I went back and tried to see if there was a mistake in the info, but there doesn’t seem to be. The items in the basket get created, though. When you add an item, right click on the basket link, and select “open in a new window,” it shows on the SpreadShirt shop that there is an item in the basket.

As for error Messages on Server side, I’m not quite sure what that means… I haven’t gotten any error messages anywhere, though.

hm, ok. thought it was a different one, where i had problems with. Well, the only chance we’ve got to solve this problem, is to I can debug this. If possible an admin account to you wp installation would be great. If so, please write me an email to info@spreadplugin.de

    Cheers

    Thanks for the opportunity!

Well, the problem was your provider IPOWER. There is a misconfiguration in the PHP session save path setting. Your client sessions can not be stored correctly, so the basket and the user can’t be identified correctly.
I had to change the session path for php installation. This time I changed it in the plugin, not in your webspace settings (don’t know where).
In future you should talk to your provider to change the php save session path to a correct (working one) value. Then the plugin will work even after an update 😉

    Have fun
    Thimo
