    Hey Marissa, thanks for the heads up, but since we don’t know what might be going on, we would really like some additional information, if possible.

    What’s going on exactly? Are the thumbnails not showing up or has something else broke? Any chance of a screenshot or — even better! — a link to the blog in question, so that we could have a closer look?

    We’re really eager to help you out, so any additional help is more than appreciated!
