Pressed "Reset" in User Role Editor – what now?

    Was going to reset a role and pressed “reset” instead of “reverse”. Now I can’t access some of my plugins, souch as MyMail and Events Manager.

    On the User Role Editor-home page it says:

    * “Reset” button restores WordPress roles data to its 1st, default state, exactly that, what WordPress has just after fresh install/latest version update. Be careful with it, make database backup copy before fulfill this operation. Some plugin could require reactivation to function properly after roles reset.

    Have tried to reinstall MyMail, but on the autentication-site it says:

    You need to change the namespace records of your domain if you would like to use one of these methods. Ask your provider how to add “TXT namespace records”. Changes take some time to get published on all DNS worldwide.

    How do I manage to access these plugins once again?
