This might well be an issue with your theme not being WP3.6 compatible. Can I perhaps suggest that you also post this question in the support forum for your theme developer at http://www.s5themes.com/forums/discussion/alltuts/

The problem is solved..There are just extra additional spaces in the beginning and end of a PHP file..Once that space removed it is working fine…
I have also same issue after upgrading my wordpress to 3.6 see below for errors which displays on wordpress admin panel not on front of website.
