How to allow Admin to make duplicate comments?

I often have to write the same comment over and over, in response to comments from readers. But I get a “duplicate comment” message and it won’t let me do it. Obviously I do want that check for others than admin, but as the admin, I want to be able to do it. Anyone know how to get around this?
