2.0: Problem with template

Looks like this: [album id=10 template=extend]

When I upgraded to version 2.0 all my links don’t work any more. they look like

http://www.narniaweb.com/image-gallery/filming-locations/nggallery/filming-locations/0

When they should look like

http://www.narniaweb.com/image-gallery/filming-locations/nggallery/vdt-cleveland-point-the-dawn-treader/43

UPDATE: I tried changing out the shortcode to this with no effect:

[ngg_images album_ids="10" display_type="photocrati-nextgen_basic_extended_album"]

It appears that the problem is with $gallery->pageLink generating an incorrect URL.
