why 2 adsense.php files in the theme

    I recently got the “Beautiful Sunrise” theme with adsense and seo optimization. When I unzipped the file there are 2 adsense.php files. The appear the same. I switched the adsense pub code with mine in one of the files. But, before I upload and install I’m wondering if I need both of the files.
    Why would there be 2 identical file?
