    I am also having this issue. Best solution is that you can set which menu it uses.

    Oh never mind, You can set it by going to Menus > and checking Genesis Sticky Menu on the one you want.

    Cool, yes that makes a lot more sense. Wow works almost perfectly now. All it needs is a simple way to add my site logo, as in the original header, and a way to increase the height to match the original header also. But for that I am guess I am going to have to do some code diving.
