You can go to the admin part of the site and go to the Write Tab. You do so like this: Write–>Write Page. Click on the Discussion tab that’s in the Write Page section and deselect the Allow Comments box (You can deselect the Allow Pings too if you want). Then click on the Page Status tab and if you want the page to not show, then you can select private, otherwise if you want the page to be seen don’t do this. If you want a page to be a subcategory of an existing page then use the Page Parent tab to select which page you want the page you’re making to be a subcategory of. If the page doesn’t already exist that you want to be the parent of another page then you need to create that page first.
