Updating to 2.0 broke the post and page formating bar

Had a client update to the new 2.0 and it looks like there’s an issue with the post and page formatting bar. No more kitchen sink, no more top row. Disabled the plugin and the bar is back.
They are running 3.5.2, Genesis, Corporate child.
Plugins are mostly Genesis versions and have removed JetPack just in case.Site is http://homefoliomedia.com/
