Entries missing from front end but show up in WP Admin "feed preview"

Hi,

We’ve got an issue with feed entries not showing on the frontend, but they are showing up in WP Admin under “feed preview”.

We’re using the latest version of the plugin (3.2) and the latest version of WordPress (currently 3.5.2).

The settings have been checked and I’ve adjusted the “Limit feed items stored” to 0 so there should be no limit, under the Debugging menu I’ve also clicked “Update all feeds” and given the site around an hour to update.

The site is hosted with WP Engine, I’ve already been in touch with their support team to check if this could be affected by their caching system – they duplicated the site and disabled their caching to test and it made no difference.

Is this a bug or have I missed an option / setting somewhere?
