Workflow States menu remains visible when Edit Flow installed

With Edit Flow 0.7.6 installed alongside WP Document Revisions 1.3.6, WP Document Revisions “Workflow States” menu and “Workflow State” metabox remain visible, contrary to the behaviour described by the wiki.
