Google not indexing posts

When I write a new post, google will not index it … only after a couple of days will only index the main page and the archive where the post is but never the post itself
Everything was fine until I installed Google XML sitemap plugin.. I deleted the plugin and still no indexing. I installed FV simpler seo and no help at all.
On google webmaster tools there are no error messages of any kind.
I have two sitemaps, one for the front page and another one for the wordpress installation (it’s on a subfolder) could this be an issue having the two sitemaps? (I deleted the sitemap google site map had created previously, now I have just an script updating the sitemap for my WP page every time I post)
My robots file is not blocking any search engine either
