I use the Easy Modal plugin to add pop-up contact forms to my site’s call-to-action buttons. Thanks to this plugin, users can quickly submit contact forms (we’re using CF7) without navigating away from the page. This has helped to dramatically increase our form submissions and landing page conversion rates.

The developer also does a great job adding features and responding to requests. This is very important given how essential the plugin has become on our site. Would give 6 stars if possible.
