Plugin installs ok, configuration screen shows up, but it's not working in single-page mode. Seems like lots of people are having the same problem. What's the fix? Do I have to place the output code in the template manually?

I just passed this along to the author's blog.
It works fine for me in both 2.3.2 and 2.3.3.
What theme are you using?
