Looks like an Javascript error. But there are no changed from 3.2.6 to 3.2.7.
Any hint in the error console of your browser?
Try to reload/clear the browser cache with CTRL+F5.
After installing the Update, my site wasn´t accessable anymore. The error message (Admin and Frontend) was

I logged in via FTP and renamed both plugin-directories and clould log in again and deactivated the Plugins after renaming the directories back again.
It seemed to be a Problem with “Count per day” in combination with “IQ block Country”. Activating only one of the Plugins: Everything is working. Activating both: The site is not accessable.
Before installing the update 3.2.7 from 3.2.6 both plugins had been activated without any Problems.
I hope this will help others having the same issue.

Both plugins are using GeoIP.
I know this problem and renamed all functions in my file. Unfortunately i forgot _setup_segments.
Try this version in count-per-day/geoip directory.

i have the same problem, i already update the file Goip but it’s still the same.. the site gives a fault when the plugin is activated.

Update the “old data” on settings page -> GeoIP section.
This should set the countries.
