• Just wanted to tell you that I replaced WP Lightbox 2 with your plugin. It was as simple as deactivating one plugin and activating the other plugin. My page loads faster now since the javascript downloaded has been reduced from 161,100 to 39,420 bytes. I have some formattng issues but I think I can fix that. I appreciate the speed improvement. Nice job!

  • I wonder if Ben knows about this, I’m sure he would be flattered to know his code got used in a WP plugin 🙂

He knows, before I started to develop I sent him a mail message stating my intentions… 😉

Yep, Pedro let me know in advance, which I am quite flattered about 🙂

billhuber, if you could send me a copy of a sample page that has the formatting issues I will see if there is anything I can do so other users won’t experience the same problem.

The jquery-lightbox-balupton-edition works fine. With other lightbox plugins there was always a conflict with idTabs that used jquery.

This plugin breaks the site if using wp-polls or alknor post thumbs. as soon as ut’s activated, I’m seeing a continuous black loading screen on the home page, as if trying to load an image. Deactivating post thumbs or polls clears the fault.
