WordPress Registration with Academy Theme

I’m working on a template that has a user registration page. In this case, the user registers with a specific page. The template works that way

Installed Aweber Web Form Plugin, did the integration and everything is working correctly, except that this page does not appear the checkbox that says “sign up to our newsletter.”
When I access this page:
http://www.mydomamin.com/wp-login.php?action=register – I can see this aweber checkbox ” Sign up to our newsletter!In other hand, I can´t see this checkbox in this specific page to register (but you can do the registration in this specific page – http://www.mydomamin.com/register)
I’ve tried to find the integration of this plugin with the file wp-login, ultimately failed to make the checkbox appear on this page.
