"leave a reply" section and comment_form function

I am building a wp site for a client and he wants to display on wp comments “leave a reply for page ‘menu item name'”. I know that if somebody wants to change the “leave a reply section” he should change comment_form(array('title_reply'=>'YOUR LEAVE A REPLY TITLE'));. But here the leave a reply title is not going to be static, i should pass a variable (menu item name) as an argument, and i don’t know how to do that. Is there anyone who can help me?
