Avoid listing "long" events that started yesterday

I have a time-wraping problem. I don’t want the Events Page to list events that started the day before.

How can I make it so that Long events (events that last past midnight) do not show up on the Event Page/Search Page the next day? In other words, I only want to list events with a start date of Today or Future. No start dates from the past.

I understand that this would mean that “long” events will no longer appear on the list after midnight and that’s fine with me!
