Pop up questions on enter

My client wants a pop up to appear whenever someone enters their website. This pop up would ask the user where they heard of our product (basically facebook, magazine ad or other) I’m wondering what the best way to do this would be. Would the WordPress Google Form work for this?http://wordpress.org/plugins/wpgform/
