Add Media Button Stopped Working

    The Add Media Button stopped working for me and I have tried all the mods people recommend (not working for them either) and still does not Add Media… This is a serious bummer… whats the FIX!

    There is no single fix as it can be caused by different things. First deactivate ALL plugins and switch to the default twentytwelve theme. Also be sure you’ve cleared any caching on your site and browser.
