Delete the plugin, download a fresh copy, install and activate it.
i can’t!!!!
when i try to deactivate it, it shows this message: Fatal error: Class ‘Jetpack_Client’ not found in /home/nonocl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-ixr-client.php on line 36
and i don’t have the option to delete it,
i try to configure, but i don’t know how!!
and i can’t delete it by the bulk action, i think it is beacuse it still active…
i’m still trying diferent things. i hope i solve it soon!!

Sure you can, you just can’t use the WordPress dashboard to do it.
- Using FTP or whatever filemanagement tools your host has provided you with navigate to the
wp-content/plugins
directory.
- Once there locate and delete the
jetpack
directory. Just that one directory and nothing else.
Consider updating your WordPress too. The web site in your profile is running 3.5 and the current version is 3.5.2.
Once your up to date then try to download and install a new copy of Jetpack.
