how to access my custom css edits

Hi guys and hello DarkWolf

I’m new to wordpress and this is my website http://www.simplesimons.ie

How can I view a list of the custom css edits that I have made as I delete them after saving? Another question is should I delete them or keep them there?

I need to find my old edits as it messed up the colours of my website.
