• yea, i wouldn’t download this if i were you. but i followed some instructions in a post further down which restored my theme.

    delete all the files related to the plugin – you’ll find them in your plugin folder and the child theme created in your themes folder

    in your FTP, rename the active theme to anything else, but make sure to preserve the original theme for when you change it back

    this should restore your dashboard and website because it’ll revert to using the default theme

    go back to your FTP and restore the original name of the theme and then activate it in your admin panel

  • Worked perfectly for one site. Trashed another and it took quite a bit of finessing to get it back. Thanks for posting the help!

    I’m no expert, but from what I’ve read – if a theme has been created correctly (according to WP guidelines) then this plugin should not cause any issues at all (it’s a good 1-click solution, but technically it’s not actually doing all that much).
