   Hi,

   I've got a blog that I recently moved from one host to another. When I did this, a bunch of weird characters replaced all my single and double quotes. They look like this: �

   How do I get rid of them and get my quotes back? Is there a plugin? UTF-8 Sanitizer didn't fix the problem.

   Barring that, could someone write up the MySQL directions for running a character replacement operation in PHPMyAdmin? I don't know my way around it too well, though I know a search and replace is very do-able in it. Thanks.

   BACK UP your database before doing anything!

   I did. The problems came from importing it. Everything I tried led to these crappy artifacts. I've got a pristine copy of my database sitting on my computer. I'm just sick of trying to figure out the importing stuff.
