Paragraphs Being Deleted

Seems that whenever I write a new post or make any changes all my paragraphs get deleted and the post merges into one long paragraph. I have to go into the code and add the <p> tag to get everything to look right again.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this? Thanks for any feedback.
