Links to other websites not working properly

I have a links page on my website and underneath each picture is a text link the issue is it doesn’t go to the website that I specified for example the link for http://www.uri.com has the issue I speak of. Rather than just bringing you to http://www.uri.com it brings you to http://www.deskillscenter.org/www.uri.com . Please if anyone knows how to solve this issue your help would be greatly appreciated!! the links page I speak of is http://www.deskillscenter.org/?page_id=24
