siteurl and home in wp_options resetting.

On my phpmyadmin I have exported the database from an old site. I am trying to set the siteurl and home in wp_options to the cloud testing server. When i try to access wp-admin I am redirected to the old site and siteurl and home are reset to the url of the old site in the database.
