Hidden redirects

When i view my homepage in “view source” i can clearly see redirects as shown below;

however i cannot seem to find them in any of the files. ive checked all the forward facing files such as index.php / header.php / footer.php / functions.php and also checked the plugins for authenticity however this is where my expertise comes to an end.

Any ideas on where i should look next?
