link under the thumbnail

    Hi
    I need to have under the thumbnail the title and description displayed
    (or any other two lines of text one of them being a link) I managed so far by the help of a 3 years old post to display the title and the description under the thumbnail, but i need one of them to be a link
    Can anybody help me out with this please!!
