Issues with widgets

Hello,

I have some issues with the circles/bubbles with the -/+ signs. They are very vague and do not show properly. This is an issue because my subscribe widgets in the sidebar is at the very bottom of the front page and it doesn’t show.

I will need help with two issues:
1) How can I decrease the opacity of the circle
2) How can I move the widgets up a little or move them to the side of the page? <For this I think I’ll need to adjust the scale of how wide the content can go.. But I’m not sure.
3) Or can I leave the widgets open instead of having people click on the bubble?

I also use a custom CSS manager as someone introduced me to it. If that helps 🙁
