Post redirecting to an old media page HELP!

    For some reason all of a sudden today my post are now redirecting an old media page on my site which in turn is giving a 404 It was working fine and then just stopped. I havent added anything else new but the post. I checked the reading settings and its set correctly. Post are to go to my News page and front page is set to home. The new post are showing up on my news page but as soon as you click on the “read more’ its going to an old media page. I have no re-direct plugins installed or anything. I checked everything in my post edit to make sure I didnt somehow have the post to go to media but I see nothing. Please help. People cant read my post like this.     Reset permalinks to default and see if the problem persists.

    No its still doing it now instead of taking me to a 404 page it just gives me this Not Found

    The requested URL /media was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache Server at http://www.bullieskeepout.com Port 80

    But its still re-directing to the old media page when I click on my post.

    I find the links are working fine. Please illustrate the problem with a link that redirects/ gives 404 error.
