Import error

    I exported file from 2.3.1 on 12-14-07, my latest backup. Had to move to new host since their server farm when down. Five days they have been trying to restore and still my site is offline[avoid POWWEB like the plague]

    Got import error with 2.3.1 on new host. upgraded to 2.3.2 taxonomy file was newer. no Luck. Exact same error.

    I moved another site over yesterday and had no broblem importing but that export file was created on same day. Come to think of it, export from 12-14 was before I upgraded to 2.3.1 was 2.2 So is there a problem importing a 2.2 export into a 2.3 site??

    An what is fix?

    I edited out first post that caused problem. Stopped again. Seems to be some problem with posts from 2005. There is an import issue with Taxonomy.php

    Can someone at WP look into this?
    Meanwhile my site is down and I can’t get this imported to restore on a new host. Help.

    WP team:
    Taxonomy.php needs to skip tag assignment if error not stop import.
