Problem with installation

    What is the exact error message? I’m asking because the plugin is supposed to display a specific message if it’s installed improperly, but normally that message does not mention menu-editor.php at all.

    Random guess: did you rename the plugin’s directory from “admin-menu-editor” to something else? That can cause problems when trying to install it as a mu-plugin.
