• I seem to remember the ability to change the default rich-text editor settings for all users in a previous WordPress, but can’t find it now.

Is there an option to make the default setting “off” that I’m just missing?

(The site in question is http://LaughterHouse.org – After upgrading a while ago, TinyMCE stopped working, I’ve tried all the fixes proposed in these forums, but without any results. I eventually installed the WYSI-Wordpress plugin, which requires that the check box be unticked. I’ve made the changes for all the existing users with a MySQL query, but I’d like everything to work for new users ‘out of the box’.)

    Thanks!
