Visibility for logged out users

Right now, only logged-in users can see the “My articles” link, when visiting other members profiles.

I would like that everyone, including logged-out users can see other members articles.
I don’t mean that they should be able to post an article, I just want them to be able to see other members articles, like right now a logged in member can do.

I suppose that I have to change a line somewhere in the code?
I would really appreciate your help!
