There was Topic for similar problem already “events don’t show in calendar widget”, everything worked fine, but somehow now it doesn’t, sometimes new posts don’t appear in calendar widget, and if I edit post to change dates it’s doesn’t change in widget.
I tried to play with one post that didn’t appeared in widget I moved it to trash back and forth, then it reappeared in widget, but the date changing still doesn’t work properly, after doing more tests I noticed that date change only works when date is entered via datepicker, when entered manually it doesn’t change on widget.

Yes, dates have to be selected with the datepicker. If you manually enter the date, it will not be stored properly in the database. If you have any events that you may have entered the dates manually, go back and reselect the dates with the datepicker, and re save. If that doesn’t work, let me know.

    Thanks!

I see, well it would be nice if the dates could be entered manually, but still best calendar plugin I have seen!

    Thanks Untanyz!

Yes, unfortunately I the dates have to be saved in the database in a specific format to make sure certain other functions work properly. The datepicker feeds the dates in this format to hidden fields. If you simply type in the dates, this step doesn’t happen, and the dates don’t appear in the widget. If I ever think of a decent, user-friendly way around this, I’ll be sure to implement it.
